I am so excited to be able to apply to become a member of this group. I recently saw the NTXNHG conduct a tribute for a dear friend.  It was one of the most moving events I have ever witnessed. I immediately knew I wanted to be a member of this group.

I volunteer at the DFW NATIONAL CEMETERY .I met many of your group today. They were there for Ms. Cruz funeral. I was very impressed with your group. I am a VietNam vet and a SPECIAL FORCES MEDIC. VietNam nurses do not get enough credit for what they did. GOD BLESS you all.

Dear members of the Texas Honor Guard,

On behalf of the Juachon Family and friends, we want to express our deepest gratitude for your presence and tribute during Brenda's memorial service.  Your heart felt tribute to her as a nurse was truly moving and brought immense comfort to all of us during this difficult time. Your thoughtful words, precise presentation and the dignity you brought to the occasion deeply touched everyone in attendance.  It gave us solace to see her life and service recognized in such a meaningful way. 

On 4/23/2025 members of the North Texas Nurse Honor Guard assisted Wade Funeral Home in celebrating a nurse of 25 years. The genuine hearts that were from the Nurse Honor Guard amazed all those in attendance of this Celebration of Life. I look forward to calling on these angels anytime I am honored to assist a family that is celebrating a love one that is a nurse. Great job nurses!!
